Your Role as a Tutor
As a tutor, you’ll help teach at our robotics summer camp using our pre-made curriculum and materials. You’ll guide students through building, coding, and troubleshooting their robots, answer questions, and keep them engaged. All while earning service hours!
Requirements
We’re looking for high school students with robotics experience, such as being on a robotics team. You’ll help lead sessions using our provided curriculum and materials—no teaching experience needed. Tutors should be comfortable with kids, explain concepts clearly, and stay committed throughout the program.

What dates will I need to be available for?
You will need to be avaiable on most of our 3 session times, which are July 5th, 12th, and the 19th.

Do I need any experience?
In order to volunteer for our ProtoSpark summer camp, prior experience in robotics is required. (Robotics team, etc)
How many service hours do I gain?
Depending on the amount of sessions you volunteer for, you can earn up to a max of 9 service hours.
